Tata Harrier EV Deliveries Commenced Across India

Tata Motors has started delivering the Harrier EV across the country. It was launched in early June 2025 and garnered over 10,000 bookings on the first day itself.

Tata Harrier EV: Price and Variants

  • The Harrier EV is offered in five variants: Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless Plus, Empowered, and Empowered AWD, along with a special Stealth Edition variant.
  • It is priced between Rs 21.49 lakh and Rs 29.74 lakh (ex-showroom).

Tata Harrier EV: Design and Dimensions

  • The Tata Harrier EV is underpinned by a born-EV architecture called “Acti.ev”, which is derived from the brand’s Omega Arc platform.
  • This platform supports multiple body styles, like SUVs, MPVs and crossovers.
  • Speaking of the dimensions, the Harrier EV measures 4,607mm in length, 1,922mm in width, and 1,740mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,741mm.
  • It has a water wading capacity of 600mm, whereas its approach, departure and breakover angles stand at 25.3°, 26.4° and 16.6°, respectively.
  • Design-wise, it looks nearly identical to its diesel counterpart, save for a few EV-specific design changes, such as a closed-off front grille, 19-inch aero-optimised alloy wheels, restyled bumpers, and “.ev” badging on the front doors and tailgate.

  • For passengers’ comfort & convenience, the Harrier EV features amenities like automatic LED projector headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, power tailgate with gesture control, a 14.3-inch floating touchscreen infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, digital instrument cluster, 10-speaker JBL sound system with Dolby Atmos, panoramic sunroof, puddle lamps, illuminated multi-function steering wheel, powered BOSS mode, electrically adjustable front seats with ventilation function, dual-zone AC, rear AC vents, rear sunshades, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L), Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V), auto park assist, summon mode and much more.
  • To enhance its go-anywhere capabilities, Tata has equipped it with a host of electronic aids, like off-road assist, transparent view in the surround view system, and six terrain modes (Normal, Mud Ruts, Rock Crawl, Sand, Snow/Grass and Custom).
  • For passengers’ safety, it comes with 7 airbags (including a knee airbag), ABS with EBD, hill assist, electronic stability control, traction control, tyre pressure monitoring system, front & rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat anchors, a 360-degree camera, and a level-2 ADAS suite. Recently, it has also secured a 5-star safety rating from Bharat NCAP.

  • The Harrier EV is available with two battery pack options: 65 kWh and 75 kWh.
  • While the rear-wheel drive (RWD) system is standard, the top-spec Empowered variant with 75kWh battery also comes in an optional all-wheel drive (AWD) configuration.
