Nissan Gravite 7 Seater MPV Launched At Rs 5.65 Lakh

Nissan India has launched its first sub-4m MPV, the Gravite, in India at a starting price of Rs 5.65 lakh (ex-showroom). It is essentially a rebadged version of the Renault Triber. Bookings for the Gravite are now open, while deliveries are expected to begin from March 2026.

Nissan Gravite: Design

The Nissan Gravite has an identical silhouette to the Renault MPV. However, the front and rear styling is totally different from its donor model. That said, the Gravite features a honeycomb-pattern grille flanked by sleek LED DRLs that are further connected by a chrome strip. It also features a prominent “GRAVITE” lettering on the lower section of the bonnet, while the C-shaped silver surrounds the fog lamps give it a rugged appearance.

While the side profile of the Nissan Gravite is identical to the Renault Triber, a new set of dual-tone wheel covers differentiates itself.

Towards the rear, the Gravite sports wraparound LED tail lamps connected by a chrome trip. And similar to the front, the rear also features GRAVITE lettering and C-shaped silver surrounds on the bumper.

What Powers The Nissan Gravite?

Underneath the hood of the Nissan Gravite is the Triber’s 1.0-litre 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine (72PS/96Nm), which can be paired with either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT. Nissan claims the Gravite petrol-MT can return a fuel efficiency of 19.3 kmpl, while in AMT guise, it can deliver 19.6 kmpl.

A dealer-fit dual-cylinder CNG kit option will also be introduced, albeit in manual guise.

Warranty Details

Nissan will offer the Gravite with a standard warranty of 3 years or 1,00,000 km, which can be extended up to a segment-leading 10 years or 5,00,000 km.
