Nissan Gravite Bookings Open; Variant-Wise Prices Announced

Nissan India has finally forayed into the sub-4m MPV segment with the all-new Gravite, which is essentially a rebadged version of the Renault Triber. Its bookings are now open for a token amount of Rs 11,000, while deliveries are expected to begin from next month. So, if you’re planning to buy one, here’s a look at its variant-wise price list: –

Nissan Gravite: Design and Features

Based on the same CMF-A platform as the Renault Triber, the Gravite shares its design cues, silhouette, and dimensions with its donor model. However, the front & rear styling have been kept different to give it a distinct identity. That said, it features a honeycomb grille with bold GRAVITE lettering on the bonnet, LED DRLs and chunkier C-shaped silver inserts at both bumpers. The wheel covers and rear tail lamp setup are also different from the Triber.

Nissan Gravite interior

Inside, it gets a similar dashboard layout as the Triber, albeit in a different black-&-beige color scheme. For creatures’ comfort & convenience, the MPV comes kitted with automatic headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, steering-mounted control, cruise control, keyless entry with puch button start/stop, height adjustable driver seat, wireless charger, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car tech, rear AC vents, slide & recline function for 2nd row seats, and removeable 3rd row seats.

The Launch Edition mode, which is limited to just 1001 units, gets additional amenities like a JBL sound system, ambient lighting, an air purifier, and a dual dashcam setup, along with some cosmetic enhancements.

Rivals

The Nissan Gravite will serve as an affordable alternative to the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, XL6 and Kia Carens.
