Hyundai Motors has announced that the Exter sub-compact SUV has surpassed the 1 lakh booking mark since its arrival in India in July this year. This huge success has translated into a substantial waiting period for the SUV. Currently, the Hyundai Exter is commanding a waiting period of up to 4 months in most metropolitan cities this month. However, it is worth noting that the waiting period might vary depending on the chosen variant and colour options.
The Hyundai Exter’s success is likely to be attributed to a number of factors, including its assertive pricing, robust safety pack and features-loaded comfy & spacious cabin. Having said that, it comes loaded with features such as automatic LED headlamps, alloy wheels, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, BlueLink connected car technology, auto climate control, rear AC vents, digital instrument cluster, height-adjustable driver’s seat, single-pane electric sunroof, wireless charger, cruise control and much more.
For safety, it gets standard six airbags, dual dash cameras, ABS with EBD, tyre pressure monitoring system, electronic stability control, hill-hold assist, vehicle stability management, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and rear parking sensors with a camera.
