September 2025 sales figures are here, and Hyundai Motors India has reported a total monthly sales of 70,347 units, including exports of 18,800 units. That’s an increase of 10% from 64,201 units in September 2024. The company has also witnessed the highest-ever SUV domestic sales penetration in its history (72.4%), with the Hyundai Creta scoring its highest-ever monthly sales of 18,861 units.
What’s more interesting is that the Hyundai Venue have also witnessed a 20-month high sales volume of 11,484 units last month, suggesting its strong demand in the market even though its upgraded model is due to launch in the coming weeks.

Hyundai attributed the surge in demand to the GST cut and festive season offers. The company also reported a 17% year-on-year growth in its cumulative exports, reaching 99,540 units between April and September 2025, further reinforcing HMIL’s strategic role as Hyundai Motor Company’s global manufacturing hub.

In other news, Hyundai launched the Knight Edition variants of the i20, Creta Electric and Alcazar last month. Expect its entry-level offering, the Grand i10 Nios and Aura, to also get new special edition trims ahead of the Diwali festival.
