VinFast Limo Green Spied Undisguised With New Brand Identity

VinFast is all set to launch the Limo Green MPV in India to tap into the growing fleet and mobility space. The all-electric 7-seater model, which is expected to cater primarily to the commercial segment, has now been spotted completely undisguised. The brand is also gearing up to introduce the VF MPV 7 in India, which is essentially a more premium version of the Limo Green for private buyers.

Will Feature A Different Brand Logo

Revealed by the recently spied images, VinFast will adopt a distinct green colour theme for the Limo Green to differentiate it from its regular lineup. In fact, it will also boast a different brand identity. However, its overall design philosophy will align with the brand’s signature styling.

Upfront, it features a clean, aerodynamic facia with a neatly integrated, sleek DRL strip into the closed-off grille. The dual-tone bumper houses a large central air dam, along with subtle sculpting around the lower and side sections.

From the sides, the Limo Green boasts a long, upright stance, with a clean layout screaming its practicality and space. According to the spy model, the MPV will ride on 18-inch aerostyled steel wheels, shod with 235/55 section tyres.

At the rear, the MPV will feature a wraparound lighting setup connected by a black applique spanning the width of the MPV. The tailgate is wide and flat, ensuring easier access to the boot section.

Speaking of the dimensions, it is expected to be approximately 4.7 meters long, with a wheelbase of 2.8 meters. It will share its platform with the upcoming VF MPV 7.

Interior

VinFast Limo Green Interior

Targeted for fleet customers, the Limo Green prioritises comfort and space over the feel-good features and premium touches. The cabin follows a minimalistic theme with a large central touchscreen, with no dedicated cluster for the driver and no physical controls for commonly used functions like media and AC. However, it will get plenty of storage space around the cabin to boost the overall practicality.

Vinfast will offer the Limo Green in a 2+3+2 layout.

Expect it to come equipped with amenities like fabric seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car features, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, keyless entry with push-button start, tyre pressure monitoring system, rear wiper & defogger, six airbags, traction control and hill assist.

Expected Battery Pack and Range

Specifications of the Indian-spec VinFast Limo Green are still under wraps. However, its Vietnam-spec model comes equipped with a 60.3kWh battery pack that claims a range of over 450km under the NEDC cycle. What we know is that propulsion duties will be handled by a front-axle-mounted motor.

Expected Price and Rivals

We expect VinFast to price the Limo Green from around Rs 16 to 18 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it against the Kia Carens Clavis EV and BYD eMax 7.
