Tata Motors has finally announced the reveal date for the production-spec Curvv and Curvv EV. Both these coupe SUVs will break cover on July 19, 2024. However, prices of the Curvv EV will be announced on August 7, whereas its ICE version will be launched sometime later, probably around the festive season.
Tata Curvv, Curvv EV – What To Expect?
- The Curvv, available in both ICE and EV variants, features an SUV-coupe body style, distinguishing it from other SUVs in its segment.
- It is expected to borrow several design elements from other Tata models like the Nexon, Harrier, and Safari, including sleek LED headlights with connected DRLs, and LED tail lamps.

- The most distinctive element of the Curvv will be the smart flush-fitting door handles, which will provide a sleek and modern look while contributing to its aerodynamic quotient.
- Expect its electric version to boast some EV-specific elements over its ICE counterpart.
- The interior design of the Curvv is likely to resemble that of the Nexon but will feature more premium elements, including leather wrapping and a larger 12.3-inch floating infotainment system.
- It is expected to feature the same touch-sensitive climate control panel and two-spoke steering wheel with a backlit ‘Tata’ emblem in the middle.
- The latest teaser of the Curvv EV also confirms the presence of a digital driver’s display and a rotary drive selector.

- Expect Tata to load the Curvv EV with a host of premium amenities like a wireless smartphone charger, ventilated front seats, dual-zone AC, panoramic sunroof, powered driver’s seat, multi-colour ambient lighting, multiple driving modes, V2L and V2V functionalities, TPMS, ESC, hill hold & descent assist, traction control, 360-degree camera with blind-spot monitoring, standard six airbags, and Level-2 ADAS technology.
- The ICE version of the Tata Curvv is expected to be offered with the brand’s new 1.2-litre TGDi petrol engine, along with the Nexon’s 1.5-litre diesel mill.
- Powertrain details of the Cuvv EV are still under wraps. But expect it to be offered with two battery pack choices.
- We believe Tata will price the Curvv EV from around Rs 18 lakh (ex-showroom).
