2026 Hyundai Venue HX8 Now Available With Diesel Automatic Combination

Soon after the arrival of refreshed Hyundai Verna 2026, the Korean carmaker has now introduced new HX8 diesel-automatic variant for the Venue compact SUV. Priced at Rs 13.70 lakh (ex-showroom), it is Rs 1.81 lakh more affordable than the HX10 diesel-AT trim. Earlier, the HX8 trim was only offered with the SUV 1-litre turbo-petrol engine.

With its introduction, the diesel-automatic combination can be had in three variants: HX5, HX8 and HX10. Recently, Kia has also revised the variant lineup of Venue’s rivalling Sonet SUV with new automatic variants.

Hyundai Venue HX8 Diesel-AT: What Does It Offer?

The HX8 is actually the second-from-top variant in the Venue line-up and Hyundai hasn’t made any changes to its features list. It continues to come equipped with amenities like 16-inch alloys, leatherette upholstery, auto AC, rear AC vents, ventilated front seats, 4-way powered driver’s seat, single-pane sunroof, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car tech, OTA updates support, ambient lighting, connected tech and OTA updates, drive & traction modes, paddle shifters, electronic parking brake with auto-hold (EPB) traction control, 6 airbags, ESC, ABS with EBD, TPMS, hill start assist and rear view camera.

Compared to the top-spec HX10 trim, it misses out on some feel good features like dual 12.3-inch curved displays, 8-speaker BOSE sound system, 360-degree camera and ADAS suite.
