Tata Motors has announced a price hike across its ICE and EV lineup by up to 1.5% from July 1, 2026. The brand has attributed rising input costs as the key reason behind this move.
- Tata said it continues to absorb a significant portion of these costs.
- The extent of the hike will vary across models and variants.
- The homegrown carmaker is likely to increase the prices of its cars by up to Rs 43,485, depending on the vehicle and variant.
- This will be the second price hike for Tata ICE models this year, following a 0.5 per cent hike in April.
- Other carmakers such as Hyundai and Maruti Suzuki have also made similar announcements, citing the same reasons.
