Ola S1 And S1 Pro Electric Scooters Sales Postponed For A Week

Bhavish Aggarwal, the CEO of Ola Electric, has announced that the online sales for the Ola S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters have been postponed to September 15. Earlier, the online purchase process for these much-awaited e-scooters was supposed to start from September 08, but the plans got delayed due to a technical glitch on the website.

Ola has also shared its apologies for those who had to wait for several hours. The brand has stated that the website was not up to their expectation on quality. So, the Ola S1 and S1 Pro will now go on sale on 15th September 2021, from 8 AM onwards. The company has also announced that the entire process will remain completely digital with easy finance options for a hassle-free and paperless experience. 

Ola has also assured its customers that their reservations and position in the queue will remain unchanged. That means the Ola e-scooter will be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. Click here to know the buying procedure of Ola S1 and S1 Pro.

Currently, the Ola S1 range is one of the most feature-rich electric scooters available in the Indian market. It packs a 5.5kW Hyperdrive Motor that generates a peak torque of 58Nm at the shaft and a top speed of up to 115kmph.
