MG Hector SUV

The prices of the Hector Plus petrol variants have decreased by up to Rs 81,000, whereas its diesel variants are now up to Rs 1.37 lakh more affordable. With this, the MG Hector Plus now retails between Rs 14.73 lakh and Rs 22.21 lakh (ex-showroom).

MG offers both Hector and Hector Plus with two engine options: 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol (143PS/250Nm), mated to either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic, and a 2-litre turbocharged diesel (170PS/350Nm), paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox only.
The MG Hector goes against the Tata Harrier, Jeep Compass, 5-seater Mahindra XUV700 and higher variants of Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder. On the other hand, the MG Hector Plus locks horns with the Hyundai Alcazar, 7-seater variants of Mahindra XUV700 and Tata Safari.
