After Brezza and Celerio, Maruti Suzuki has now upgraded the Alto K10 with six airbags (as standard). With this, it has become the most affordable car in India to come with standard six airbags. Earlier, it was limited to just dual front airbags.
Aside from six airbags, the Alto K10 also gets safety aids like ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, 3-point seatbelt for all seats, engine immobiliser, high speed alert system and rear parking sensors as standard fitment across the variant lineup.
Comfort & Convenience Features

While Maruti Suzuki has upgraded the safety quotient of the hatch, its comfort & convenience suite remains unaltered. It continues to get amenities like a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment, Apple Carplay and Android Auto, semi-digital instrument cluster, 4-speakers, steering mounted control, front power windows, manual AC with heater, and keyless entry.

The Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 is powered by a 1-litre, 3-cylinder, petrol engine which now makes 68.5PS of max power and 91Nm of peak torque. That’s 1.5PS and 2Nm more than before. It can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT unit. Maruti also offers the manual variants of the Alto K10 with a factory-fitted CNG kit, which produce a lower output of 57PS and 82Nm (same as before).
