Hyundai has also revealed that 65 percent of the bookings made have been for the diesel variants of the Alcazar. They come equipped with a 1.5-liter CRDi unit that sends power to the front wheels via either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. This engine is tuned to make 115PS of maximum power and 250Nm of peak torque. Apart from this, the 6-& 7-seater Alcazar is also offered with a 2.0-litre naturally-aspirated MPI petrol engine that also gets the same gearbox options as the oil burner.

Besides, the brand has also claimed that one-third of total bookings are for the top-of-the-range Signature variants. Now just as a refresher, the Signature variants of the Alcazar only come in a 6-seater configuration and get exclusive features like ventilated front seats, front parking sensors, and a dual-tone paint option over the other variants.
