Honda Partners with Bhago for Battery Swap Fleet Services

Honda Power Pack Energy India Pvt Ltd (Honda e) and Bhago Mobility have teamed up to provide innovative green fleet management services for electric vehicles, focusing on revolutionizing last-mile delivery solutions. This collaboration leverages Honda’s cutting-edge battery swap technology, allowing quick battery replacements to maximize fleet uptime.

The partnership will roll out Bhago Mobility’s electric cargo vehicles powered by Honda e:Swap technology in Bangalore and Delhi, benefiting the e-commerce and passenger mobility sectors. Bhago Mobility plans to launch 100 vehicles by the end of 2024, with a target of reaching 10,000 by 2028. These vehicles will be stationed near metro stations, ensuring easy access to sustainable transportation. The Honda e:Swap’s cutting-edge battery swap technology will enable the replacement of discharged batteries with fully charged batteries within minutes to enable EV fleets with maximum uptime.

Bhago Mobility is also setting up solar-powered hubs to enhance its green operations. Additionally, advanced features like real-time fleet tracking, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and 24/7 support will ensure maximum operational efficiency.

Honda currently has 77 battery swap stations across Bangalore and plans to expand to other cities soon. This initiative marks a significant step toward greener, more efficient fleet management in India.
