Honda 2-wheelers India has announced that it will pass on the full benefits of the recent GST rate cuts on scooters and motorcycles in the up to 350cc category. The GST rate for these models drops from 28% to a flat 18%, with the price cut reaching up to Rs 18,800, depending on the model.
Here’s a look at the model-wise GST benefits on Honda scooters and motorcycles of up to the 350cc category: –

It is worth noting that motorcycles with over 350cc engine capacity will become costlier from September 22, 2025, due to the increased GST on them from 28% (31% effective tax including cess) to 40%. Honda has yet to share their prices. The company stated that they are currently evaluating the impact of the new 40% GST slab on premium motorcycles to ensure a balanced, customer-focused approach across their portfolio.
