Ola Electric will open the final payment window for its S1 electric scooter today at 6 PM. However, it is worth noting that those customers who have already paid the first installment of Rs 20,000 will be allowed to make the remaining payment today.

Deliveries of this lot will start this month and continue through February 2022. And since Ola has already ramped up its production, we believe customers wonโ€™t have to wait for much this time.

For those who arenโ€™t aware, the brand has also recently announced that they are upgrading all the customers of the Ola S1 variant to the range-topping S1 Pro variant. However, buyers will have to pay an extra amount of Rs 30,000 to enjoy the extended range, hyper mode, and other smart features.

Ola Hypercharger network

In other news, Ola Electric has started establishing its fast-charging network (Hypercharger) at key BPCL petrol pumps and residential complexes across the nation. It will offer free charging to its customers until June.

Currently, the entry-level Ola S1 electric-scooter s priced at Rs 99,999, whereas its top-spec S1 Pro trim costs Rs 1,29,999 (both ex-showroom, Bengaluru, including FAME II). The price will further go down if you avail the state subsidy.
