The newly entrant to the Indian automotive industry, the Citroen, has commenced deliveries of the C5 Aircross SUV across India. It is the first product from the French carmaker in the Indian market. The SUV was launched on 7th April 2021 at a starting price of Rs 29.90 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom). The brand will also give a complimentary maintenance package of 5-yrs/50,000km to those customers who have booked the SUV till 6th April 2021.

The Citroen C5 Aircross is available in two variants: Feel and Shine, priced at Rs 29.90 lakh and Rs 31.90 lakh, respectively (all prices ex-showroom). Currently, the brand has its showroom in more than 10 metro cities across the country, which the brand calls La Maison Citroen which means Home Of Citroen in the French language, whereas its workshops are known as L’Atelier Citroen. The Citroen C5 Aircross is a premium mid-size SUV that draws its power from a 2.0-liter diesel engine that comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
