2025 TVS Apache RTR 310 Launched With New Features

Aimed at enhancing rider experience and performance, the 2025 TVS Apache RTR 310 has been launched in India, with a host of new features and tech upgrades. The brand has priced it at Rs 2.40 lakh for the base variant (Arsenal Black), Rs 2.57 lakh for the top variant (Fiery Red, Fury Yellow), Rs 2.75 lakh for the BTO Dynamic Kit, and Rs 2.85 lakh for the BTO Dynamic Pro Kit.

Note: All are introductory ex-showroom prices. Post-introductory period, prices will increase by Rs 10,000 for all the variants.

Let’s quickly delve into all the necessary details of the 2025 TVS Apache RTR 310: –

Tech Upgrades

  • Updated 5-inch TFT console (Gen 2 version) – now supports multiple languages.
  • *Keyless ignition system – enables remote start to warm up the engine.
  • Transparent clutch cover and sequential LED turn indicators – for enhanced look and premium-ness.
  • *Drag Torque Control (Engine Brake Control) – prevents the rear wheel from locking up during sudden deceleration or downshifting.
  • *Cornering Drag Torque Control: An advanced riding assist feature that enhances stability while cornering and decelerating, especially when engine braking kicks in.
  • *Launch Control – helps in quick acceleration from standstill, without losing the grip.
  • Knuckle guards (now standard) – protect hands from wind, debris, rain and minor impacts during rides.

2025 TVS Apache RTR 310 price

New Colours and Updated Graphics

  • TVS has introduced two new colour options for the updated Apache 310: Fiery Red and Sepang Blue. The latter is restricted to the BTO kit.
  • The brand has also revised graphics for the Arsenal Black and Fury Yellow colour schemes.

Deleted Feature

TVS has removed the climate-controlled seat feature in the 2025 model, which was earlier one of its standout features. This system offered both heating and cooling functions for added riding comfort in adverse weather conditions.

Mechanically Unchanged

TVS hasn’t made any mechanical changes to the bike. It continues to be powered by the same 312.2cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, reverse-inclined engine that produces 35.6PS of max power at 9700 rpm and 28.7Nm of peak torque at 6650 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox, with a bi-directional quickshifter in the higher variants.

  • Based on the trellis frame, with an aluminium subframe and aluminium swingarm
  • 43mm inverted fork and pre-load adjustable monoshock
  • Michelin Road 5 tyres (110-section front, 150-section rear)
  • 800mm seat height, 180mm ground clearance
  • Petal disc brakes (300mm front, 240mm rear) | radial calliper at the front with sintered pads | Switchable dual-channel ABS.
  • Other noteworthy features: 5 riding modes (Supermoto, Track, Sport, Urban, and Rain), dynamic LED headlamps, six-axis IMU (inertial measurement unit), lean-sensitive traction control, wheelie control, tyre pressure monitoring system, rear wheel lift protection, Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, crash alert, GoPro controls, and call/SMS alerts.

Author’s Take

TVS has pulled out all the stops with the 2025 Apache RTR 310, packing in even more features while keeping the price nearly identical to the previous model. With these upgrades, the Apache arguably leaps ahead of its rivals in terms of tech, offering premium electronics at a much accessible price. However, we have yet to test whether the brand has also improved the engine’s refinement level.
