Tata Nexon Gets A New Sunroof-Equipped XM+ (S) Variant At Rs 9.75 lakh

Expanding the variant lineup of the ICE-powered Nexon, Tata Motors has launched a new XM+ (S) trim of the sub-4m SUV at a starting price of Rs 9.75 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be available in both petrol and diesel guise, along with the convenience of automatic transmission. Here are the detailed prices: –

– Tata has positioned this new XM+ (S) variant between the XM (S) and the XZ+ variants of the Nexon.

– It is Rs 55,000 more expensive than the XM (S) trim. For this added premium, it gets a 7-inch floating infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Car Play, a cooled glove box, and rear AC vents over the XM (S) variant.

– Besides, features like an electric sunroof, auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, 4-speakers by Harman, projector headlamps with DRLs, traction control, multiple driving modes (Eco, City, Sport), electronic stability control, hill hold control, and rollover mitigation, etc., have been carried forward from the XM (S) trim.

– Tata has offered the Nexon XM+ (S) variant in four monotone color options: Calgary White, Daytona Grey, Flame Red, and Foliage Green.

– As mentioned above, Tata offers this new variant of the Nexon with two engine options: a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol (120PS/170Nm) and a 1.5-liter turbo-diesel (110PS/260Nm), paired with either a 6-speed manual or an optional 6-speed AMT.

– The Tata Nexon continues to rival the likes of Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, Mahindra XUV300, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger, and Honda WR-V.
