To rejig your memory, the Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 is based on the TNGA-F platform and known for its exceptional all-terrain capabilities. Compared to its predecessor, it is approximately 200 kg lighter, has a lower centre of gravity, and is equipped with a higher level of frame rigidity and suspension. Additionally, the SUV is equipped with a Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System (KDSS) that enhances stability by adjusting the connection between the anti-roll bars. A Multi-Terrain Monitor and Multi-Terrain Select system are also part of the kit. The SUV’s speed is also maintained off-road thanks to a revised control system.

Toyota offers the Land Cruiser LC300 with a 3.3-litre twin-turbo V6 diesel engine in India that churns out 309PS of maximum power and 700Nm of peak torque. It gets a 10-speed torque converter automatic transmission and a 4-wheel drive system (4×4) as standard.

In the Indian market, the Land Cruiser goes up against the Land Rover Range Rover.
