Last month, the Toyota Glanza was updated with six airbags as standard fitment across its variant lineup. This safety enhancement was introduced without any price increment. However, the honeymoon period has now ended as the Japanese carmaker has announced a price hike of up to Rs 12,000. Here’s a look at its variant-wise revised price list: –
| Toyota Glanza Variant | New Price | Quantum of Price Hike |
| Petrol Variants | ||
| E | Rs 6.99 lakh (MT) | +Rs 9,000 |
| S | Rs 7.91 lakh (MT) Rs 8.46 lakh (AMT) | +Rs 12,000 |
| G | Rs 8.90 lakh (MT) Rs 9.45 lakh (AMT) | +Rs 8,000 |
| V | Rs 9.82 lakh (MT) Rs 9.99 lakh (AMT) | Unchanged |
| CNG Variants | ||
| S | Rs 8.81 lakh (MT) | +Rs 12,000 |
| G | Rs 9.80 lakh (MT) | +Rs 8,000 |
As is clear from the above tables, the Toyota Glanza now ranges between Rs 6.99 lakh and Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). While the base price of the car increased by Rs 9,000, the price of the top-spec V variant remains unchanged. On the other hand, the S and G variants have undergone a price hike of Rs 12,000 and Rs 8,000, respectively.
Aside from the price revision, the Toyota Glanza remains the same.
