Deliveries for the recently launched Punch EV (called Punch.ev), the inaugural model built on the innovative Tata Acti.ev platform, will kick start today. The electric SUV is available in five variants: Smart, Smart Plus, Adventure, Empowered and Empowered+. The latter three variants further have sub-variants with “S” suffixes that add a sunroof.

Tata Motors offers the Punch.ev with two battery pack options – 25kWh and 35kWh, offering up to 421 kilometres of range. Both battery pack versions offer different performance outputs.

Tata Punch EV Features
Tata Motors offers the Punch EV with some notable distinctions and additional features over its regular ICE counterpart. These include LED projector headlamps, a larger 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a redesigned steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, a touch-based climate control panel, leather seats, ventilated front seats, air purifier, 360-degree camera with blind-spot monitoring, standard six airbags, electronic parking brakes with auto-hold function, jewelled rotary drive selector with a built-in display, and much more. Price and Competition
Tata retails the Punch.ev between Rs 10.99 lakh to Rs 14.49 lakh (ex-showroom), placing it against the Citroen eC3.
