Tata Harrier Likely To Get A New Special Edition

A cryptic teaser for Tata’s upcoming model has been released online. While the company is tight lipped on the subject, sources indicate that Tata may launch a special edition of the Harrier. However, the details are scare at the moment.

Expect Tata Harrier Special Edition to come with some cosmetic enhancements, along with some additional features. It could also receive a 360-degree camera for added safety.

Currently, Tata offers the Harrier in seven broad trims : XE, XM, XT, XT+, XZ, XZS and XZ+. It also comes in Dark and Kaziranga Editions that are based on the higher variants. It is priced from Rs 14.70 lakh to Rs 21.90 lakh (ex-showroom India).

Powering the Tata Harrier is a Fiat-sourced 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine (170PS/350Nm), mated to a 6-speed manual and an optional 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The SUV is also expected to recieve a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine soon.
