Deliveries of Skoda Kushaq’s 1.5-litre TSI petrol variants have commenced from today. It will now also be available for customer previews and test drives at Skoda dealerships. The brand has also revealed that the bigger 1.5-TSI engine of the Skoda Kushaq is more fuel-efficient than the smaller 1.0 TSI unit thanks to the cylinder deactivation technology. Here's take a look at the technical specifications and claimed fuel-efficiency stats of the Skoda Kushak with both the engines:-
Specifications | Skoda Kushaq 1.0 TSI | Skoda Kushaq 1.5 TSI |
No of Cylinders | 3 | 4 |
Max Power | 115PS | 150PS |

However, the 1.5-liter TSI engine is only available with the top-spec Style trim of the Kushaq. That said, one has to spend Rs 16.19 lakh for its manual version, whereas its automatic variant costs Rs 17.60 lakh (both ex-showroom).
Striking features in the Kushaq include a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car tech, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 6-speaker sound system with subwoofer, automatic climate control with the touch-based panel, rear AC vents, ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger, ambient lighting, a single-pane electric sunroof, multiple C-type USB charging ports, a tire pressure monitoring system, 6-airbags, electronic stability control (standard), and more.
