Skoda India Records All-time High Annual Sales In Just 10 Months

  • Skoda sold 61,607 cars in the last ten months.
  • Beats its previous annual record of 53,721 cars sold in CY 2022.
  • Sold 8,252 units, its highest-ever monthly sales in October 2025.

Skoda Auto India achieved a historic milestone, recording its highest-ever annual sales within just 10 months of 2025. The Czech automaker sold 61,607 units between January and October 2025, surpassing its previous best annual record of 53,721 units set in 2022. Skoda also reported its best-ever monthly sales of 8,252 units in October 2025, making the CY2025 its most successful yet in India.

This strong sales performance is fueled by the brand’s first-ever sub-4m SUV, the Kylaq, which has already recorded a 40,000 sales milestone since its launch in Dec 2024. Furthermore, the consistent demand for the Kodiaq, Kushaq and Slavia further boosted sales. The brand has also recently launched the Octavia RS in limited numbers, which sold out in just 20 minutes.

Commenting on the landmark sales, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said, “We began the year 2025 with the intent to significantly strengthen the brand and surge ahead in India. This milestone of our “biggest sales ever” is a testament to the strength of purpose, clarity of vision and agility of execution, all of which are pivotal to our surge in India. Our product offensive, culturally relevant communication, network expansion to 318 Customer Touchpoints, and increased presence in new geographic regions, are other landmarks that have fuelled our 25th anniversary to be our biggest year in India.”

In other news, Skoda is gearing up to give the Kushaq and Slavia the much-needed facelift updates in the coming months. The brand has also recently introduced the Kylaq for Indian defence personnel via the Canteen Stores Department (CSD) at subsidised rates.
