Royal Enfield has launched a new service package for its customers called ‘Service Care 24’ with the tagline ‘No One Knows Your Ride Like We Do’, which suggests that the brand is primarily targeting those customers who get their bikes serviced at non-authorized centers. The brand has priced this package at Rs 2,499 (inclusive of all taxes). Here’s a look at the benefits provided under this scheme: –

- One complimentary service (it can be claimed after eligibility verification of the bike chassis number).
- Four general services (aside from the above-mentioned complimentary service) and two engine oil changes.
- For additional repair work, the brand will offer 5% discounts on spare parts & lubricants, and 20% discounts on labor charges.

In other updates, the Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacture is gearing up to launch the highly-anticipated next-generation Classic 350 and an all-new Hunter 350 along with a scrambler and a new cruiser motorcycle based on the 650cc platform. All these bikes will be launched under RE’s commitment to introduce a new bike every quarter.
All these motorcycles have already been spotted numerous times during testing. And the latest spy images of the 2021 RE Classic 350 suggest that it will be the first to be launched among all. The upgraded Classic 350 will be based on the same J architecture as the Meteor 350 and will be powered by a more refined 349cc counterbalanced engine. The bike will also get a new semi-digital instrument console with Tripper Navigation System. Except new Classic 350 to command a premium of around Rs 5,000 over the existing model, which currently retails from Rs 1.72 lakh to Rs 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom).
