Renault To Increase Car Prices Starting April 2025

Renault India is the latest carmaker to announce the price increment for its lineup starting April 2025. Carmakers like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hyundai, Kia and Honda have already announced a price hike move.

Like all other brands, Renault has also cited rising input costs as the primary reason for the hike, which will be up to 2 per cent. However, the quantum of the price hike will vary depending on the model and variant. Nevertheless, if you are planning to buy a new Renault car, you can dodge the upcoming price revision as the French automaker is providing lucrative discounts of up to Rs 78,000 on its entire product lineup this month.

2025 Renault Triber

Currently, Renault has three models in its India lineup – Kwid (compact cross-hatch), Triber (sub-4m cross-MPV) and Kiger (sub-4m SUV). Let’s take a look at their current price range: –

ModelPrice Range
Kwid Rs 4.70 lakh to Rs 6.44 lakh
Triber Rs 6.10 lakh to Rs 8.98 lakh
Kiger Rs 6.10 lakh to Rs 11.23 lakh

In other news, Renault India has recently introduced MY2025 updates to the Triber. The carmaker has also introduced a CNG kit option for all its cars. However, the kit won’t be a factory-fitted offering; instead, it will be installed by an authorised vendor. Head here for more details.

Renault is also likely to launch a facelift version of the Kiger and Triber this year. The facelifted Triber was recently spied testing and will feature noteworthy design tweaks and feature upgrades. It is also expected to get the option of a turbocharged petrol engine. More details are expected as the launch timeline approaches.
