The Mini Cooper Convertible S has finally made it to our shores at Rs 58.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Offered in a sole, fully-loaded variant, this latest Mini offering stands out in the brand’s lineup, especially with its open-air driving feel.
Mini Cooper Convertible S: Exterior Design
The new Cooper Convertible S follows the signature Mini identity, with an octagonal grille and round headlamps that feature high-beam assistant. Measuring 3,879mm in length with a wheelbase of 2495mm, the car is compact and has short overhang.
What standout is its fully automatic soft top that opens in just 18 seconds and closes in 15 seconds, even while driving at speeds of up to 30 kmph. It also has a sunroof mode, which opens up the roof up to 40cm.
Colour Options
The new Mini Cooper Convetible S is available in four body shades: –
- British Racing Green
- Ocean Wave Green
- Chilli Red
- Sunny Side Yellow
Save for the “Ocean Wave Green” body shades, all the other colour options get black mirrors and Nightshade blue upholstery, whereas the Ocean Wave Green gets white mirrors and Beige-coloured upholstery.
