Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector’s Edition Launched In India At Rs 4.30 Crore

The Mercedes-Benz G 63 Collector’s Edition has been launched in India at Rs 4.30 crore (ex-showroom), commanding a premium of Rs 55 lakh over the regular AMG G 63 variant. Limited to just 30 units, it will be sold only to those who already own a top-end Mercedes-Benz.

Its bookings have officially commenced today, and deliveries are to begin in Q4 of 2025.

Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector’s Edition – What’s Special?

Configured by teams at Mercedes-Benz India and Mercedes-Benz R&D India, this special edition takes inspiration from the Indian monsoon.

Compared to the standard model, the Collector’s Edition features new multi-spoke alloy wheels finished in golden shade, an exclusive ‘Collector’s Edition’ badging on the side beading and a distinctive black plate on the spare wheel mounted on the tailgate with a ‘Collector’s Edition One of Thirty’ emblem.

Mercedes has offered it in two exclusive bespoke Manufaktur range body shades: (inspired by the India’s lush greenery during monsoons) and Red Magno (reflecting the rich, iron-laden soil of the country).

Inside, the cabin features a dual-tone beige and black theme, highlighted by a customizable grab handle on the dashboard, making it truly exclusive for each individual owner. It also comes equipped with Manufaktur Catalana Beige and Black Nappa leather upholstery, complemented by open-pore natural walnut wood trim on the dashboard.

Powertrain and Specifications

The AMG G63 Collector’s Edition is powered by a 4-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine with 48V mild-hybrid technology. It produces 585PS of max power and 850Nm of peak torque. Furthermore, the mild-hybrid technology offers an additional 22PS of boost, enabling it to sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.4 seconds.

For transmission duties, the engine comes paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, with power being sent to all four wheels via the 4MATIC system.
