According to a recent media report, Maruti Suzuki is preparing to expand the range of the Brezza CNG by introducing three additional variants. The car was launched last month and is presently available in three trims: LXi, VXi, and ZXi.
- Maruti Suzuki is rumoured to introduce the eco-friendly Brezza in LXi (O), VXi (O), and ZXi (O) trims.
- These new variants will come equipped with extra features compared to their standard counterparts. Nevertheless, the specifics of these additional features have not been revealed yet.
- Currently, the Brezza CNG comes loaded with features like LED projector headlamps, an electric sunroof, 7-inch infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, cruise control, keyless push-button start, automatic AC, electronic stability control, hill hold assist, reverse parking camera, and ISOFIX child-seat mounts.
- Expect the forthcoming optional variants to get additional safety features.

- Powering the Brezza CNG is a 1.5-litre petrol engine, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
- The CNG iteration develops a maximum power output of 88PS and a peak torque of 121.5Nm, a reduction of 15PS and 15.5Nm in comparison to the petrol model.
- The Brezza CNG deliver a fuel efficiency of 25.51 km/kg, which is considerably higher than the petrol-only variant’s 20.15 km/l.
