Kia Carens Clavis EV Gets New Variants with Bigger Battery Pack

Kia India has expanded the variant lineup of the Carens Clavis EV with the launch of a new variant named “HTX E”. It is available with both 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh battery pack options, with a claimed range of up to 51.4 kWh. Here’s how they have been positioned in the lineup: –

Kia Carens Clavis EV HTX E – What Does It Offer?

Positioned above the HTK+ variant, the new HTX E brings a host of additional features over the base variant, including a panoramic sunroof, LED lamps for all three rows, auto up/down windows, electrochromic IRVM, wireless charger, and dual-tone steering with tilt & telescopic adjustment.

The other notable features of the HTX E includes automatic LED headlights with connected LED DRLs, LED fog lamps, 16-inch alloy wheels, 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, keyless entry with remote start function, power adjustable side mirrors with auto hold function, manually adjustable driver’s seat, sunshades for 2nd-row passengers, cruise control, 12.3-inch infotainment system, connected car tech, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 6-speaker sound system, 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, all wheel disc brakes, electronic stability control, hill start assist, reverse parking camera with parking sensors, tyre pressure monitoring system, and ISOFIX child seat mounts.
