While Alcazar is essentially a three-row version of the Creta, the brand has increased it's wheelbase by 150mm to accommodate the third row. In fact, at 2,670mm, it's wheelbase is longer than the MG Hector Plus and Tata Safari. And so, to pull this extended Korean beast, the brand has equipped it with 2.0-liter petrol (159PS/191Nm) and 1.5-liter diesel (115PS/250Nm) engine options. Both units will drive the front wheels via either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

The Hyundai Alcazar is expected to be priced between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom), placing it in the same group as the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, Mahindra XUV500, and the upcoming Mahindra XUV700.
