Hyundai India has expanded the variant lineup of the Aura sub-4m sedan by introducing the S AMT variant at Rs 8.08 lakh (ex-showroom). Earlier, the convenience of AMT was only offered with the SX Plus variant (Rs 8.95 lakh). With this, the AMT has now become more affordable for buyers by Rs 87,000.
What Powers The Hyundai Aura S?
Powering the Hyundai Aura is a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine, generating 83PS of max power and 114Nm of peak torque. It can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed Automated Manual Transmission (AMT).
The Aura is also available with a factory-fitted CNG kit, albeit only with the manual gearbox.

Hyundai Aura S AMT Features
The Aura S AMT carries forward all the features of its manual counterpart, such as anaglogue instrument cluster with a multi-info display (MID), keyless entry, manual AC, rear AC vents, footwell lighting, rear centre armrest with cupholders, 2-DIN integrated audio system with AM/FM, front & rear speakers, steering mounted controls, height adjustable driverโs seat, type-C USB charging port, power adjustable & foldable side mirrors, six airbags, ESC, hill start assist, tyre pressure monitoring system, ISOFIX child seat anchors and more.
Features like cruise control, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rear defogger, wireless charger, push button start/stop, etc., are limited for the higher variants.
