Maruti Suzuki India’s Value-Added Services Experience Robust Growth

Maruti Suzuki India is revving up its capabilities with the introduction of value-added initiatives, including Smart Finance, aimed at delivering the “Joy of Mobility” to its ever-growing customer base of 25 million. With a finger on the pulse of evolving customer needs, the company’s Smart Finance, Subscribe and Rewards initiatives are continually evolving to offer tailored solutions.

  • The company’s value-added initiatives, such as Smart Finance, Subscribe and Rewards, have shown remarkable growth in FY23 due to customer acceptance.
  • Maruti Suzuki Subscribe registered a Y-o-Y growth of 292% in car subscriptions and extended its presence to 25 cities with 5 leasing partners.
  • Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance has disbursed over Rs 52,000 crores worth of loans to over 8.3 lakh customers since its inception three years ago.
  • Maruti Suzuki Rewards, a 100% digital, cardless customer loyalty program, reached more than 8.2 million members and recently collaborated with Indian Oil Company Ltd. to offer XtraRewards points to customers for refuelling at IOCL pumps.
  • The company also introduced a digital ecosystem for customers with NEXAVerse and ARENAVerse digital car showrooms to provide an immersive retail experience for its NEXA and ARENA showroom network.
