2021 Suzuki Hayabusa Bookings To Reopen Tomorrow

Suzuki Motorcycle India Ltd has announced that the bookings for the second batch of the 3rd-generation Hayabusa will start from tomorrow at 10 am. Potential customers can make their bookings done via the brand’s official website for a token amount of Rs 1 lakh. Expect deliveries of this Japanese superbike to commence in the coming weeks.

While Suzuki hasn't specified the total number of units allotted for the second batch, the brand has stated that it will be available in limited stock. For those who aren't aware, the first lot of new Hayabusa was restricted to just 101 units, and all were booked in just 24 hours of its India launch. Sadly, Suzuki will not offer the complementary pillion cowl this time. 

For online bookings of the Hayabusa, customers will be required to fill in their personal details along with the selection of the colour, payment mode and dealership name. And if there’s an information mismatch or you select the wrong colour scheme, the booking will be treated as cancelled with a charge of Rs 25,000, and the remaining amount will be refunded. So please take extra care while filling in the details.

The all-new Hayabusa is powered by the same 1,340cc, four-stroke, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled, DOHC, inline four-cylinder engine as the previous model that putting out 190PS and 150Nm in its BS6 avatar. While the power figures of the new Busa is surely a bit down than its predecessor, Suzuki claims that the new Hayabusa is punchier and more tractable. For 2021, it also gets a new revolutionary design along with a bunch of electronic aids such as an all-new TFT instrument cluster, ride-by-wire technology, launch control system, six-axis IMU, three-level engine brake control, 10-level traction control, 10-level wheelie control, and an-all new Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.) with six riding modes that combine three factories’ pre-sets (A: Active, B: Basic, and C: Comfort), as well as three user-defined settings (U1, U2, U3). 

Priced at Rs 16.40 lakh (ex-showroom India), it is available in three colour choices – Glass Sparkle Black/Candy Burnt Gold, Metallic Matte Sword Silver/Candy Daring Red, and Pearl Brilliant White/Metallic Matte Stellar Blue.
