Kia India has revised the variant lineup of the Sonet with new turbocharged petrol-DCT and diesel automatic variants, making these powertrains more affordable for buyers. Additionally, the sub-4m SUV also receives a new Magma Red colour scheme.

With these newly launched variants, the Sonet Diesel-AT is now Rs 2.25 lakh more affordable, while the turbo-DCT is Rs 1.7 lakh more accessible for buyers. For reference, earlier, these automatic combinations were offered from the HTX variant onwards.

New Colour
As mentioned above, the 2026 Kia Sonet gets a new Magma Red hue. This will be offered alongside the existing colour options: Gravity Grey, Pewter Olive, Clear White, Pearl White, Imperial Blue, Aurora Black Pearl and Sparkling Silver. The Pearl White shade can also be had with an optional black roof for a sportier look.

Other Features
Aside from the above-mentioned changes, the 2026 Kia Sonet remains unchanged. It continues with amenities like a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car tech, a 7-speaker Bose sound system, a 10.25-inch fully digital driver’s display, ventilated front seats, a single-pane electric sunroof, keyless entry with push-button start, cruise control, wireless charger, six airbags, a 360-degree camera, front & rear parking sensors, electronic stability control (ESC), a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and level-1 ADAS suite.
