The recently unveiled Tata Harrier and Safari facelifts are set to be launched on October 17, 2023. Bookings for these much-awaited SUVs are already open for a token amount of Rs 25,000.
Refreshed Styling
- With the facelift update, both SUVs have undergone significant styling changes, comprising revived grille, redone bumpers and alloys, vertically-oriented split-LED headlamps, along with an LED DRL strip upfront and connected LED taillights at the rear.
- Inside, they receive thoroughly refreshed cabin, with redesigned central AC vents, a new touch-based climate control panel, and 4-spoke steering wheel with illuminated Tata logo.

Extensive Features List
- These already feature-packed Tata SUVs now come with even more extensive set of features, with new inclusions comprising a bigger 12.3-inch touchscreen system, a custominsable 10.25-inch digital driver’s display with navigation support, dual-zone climate control, multi-colour ambient lighting, imporved connected car tech, up to seven airbags, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning and blind spot monitoring.Â
- Besides, features like panoramic sunroof, JBL sound system, wireless apple carplay and android auto, ventilated front seats (2nd row as well in Safari 6-seater), wireless charger, powered driver’s seat, ESC, hill hold & descent assist, have been carried forward from the outgoin model.

Same Engine, Improved Mileage
- The 2023 Tata Harrier and Safari retain the same 2-litre turbo-diesel engine (170PS/350Nm), with 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission options.
- Their fuel efficiency figures have been improved by 0.45 kmpl.
- Expect Tata to introduce a new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine for these SUVs in the near future.

Tata Motors has also overhauled the variant lineup for both these SUVs, which now consists of the following: –
