2023 Tata Harrier Smart (O) Variant Detailed In Images

The facelifted Tata Harrier was recently revealed with a refreshed design, new features and improved safety. Its bookings are now open for an initial sum of Rs 25,000, with the price announcement slated for October 17, 2023. In this thread, take a close look at the entry-level Smart (O) variant of the 2023 Tata Harrier facelift in images.

Front

  • Upfront, the base-spec Tata Harrier Smart (O) variant gets a blacked-out grille with a width-spanning LED DRL.
  • It features a projector headlight setup placed in a triangular housing, but doesn’t include fog lamps.
  • Below is the chunkier air dam with black inserts and a silver faux skid plate on the bumper.

Side

  • The silhoutte of the upgraded SUV remains similar to its predecessor.
  • In its base-spec trim, the SUV features blacked-out ORVMs, body-coloured door handles, ‘Harrier’ insignia on the front doors, 17-inch alloy wheels, sharkfin antenna and silver roof rails.

Rear

  • At the rear, the Smart (O) trim gets a new connected LED taillamp setup, ‘Harrier’ emblem on the tailgate, roof-mounted spoiler, and a brawny bumper with silver skid plate.
  • It misses out on necessities like rear defogger, wiper and washer.

Interior and Features

  • Inside, the Tata Harrier Smart (O) trim sports black-&-grey dual-tone theme, with grey colour fabric upholstery.
  • While it dosen’t include a music system, it does offer features like a digital instrument cluster, an illuminated Tata logo on steering wheel, tilt & telescopic adjustment functions for the steering wheel, an aeroplane throttle-styled parking brake lever, power windows, rear AC vents, power adjustable ORVMs, A & C-type chargers in 1st & 2nd rows, front centre armrest, and 60:40 split 2nd row seats.
  • For passengers’ safety, the Harrier Smart (O) trim gets six airbags, day/night IRVM, 3-point seatbelt for all occupants with reminders, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, ISOFIX anchors, hill hold control, traction control, tyre pressure monitoring system, conrner stability control, roll-over mitigation, brake disc wiping, height-adjustable front seat belts, and rear parking sensors.

Engine and Gearbox

Tata offers the Harrier Smart (O) trim with 2-litre turbo-diesel engine (170PS/350Nm), mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox only.
