2023 Tata Harrier, Safari Facelifts To Launch On This Date

The recently unveiled Tata Harrier and Safari facelifts are set to be launched on October 17, 2023. Bookings for these much-awaited SUVs are already open for a token amount of Rs 25,000.

Refreshed Styling

2023 Tata Safari Facelift Launch Date
  • With the facelift update, both SUVs have undergone significant styling changes, comprising revived grille, redone bumpers and alloys, vertically-oriented split-LED headlamps, along with an LED DRL strip upfront and connected LED taillights at the rear.
  • Inside, they receive thoroughly refreshed cabin, with redesigned central AC vents, a new touch-based climate control panel, and 4-spoke steering wheel with illuminated Tata logo.

Extensive Features List

  • These already feature-packed Tata SUVs now come with even more extensive set of features, with new inclusions comprising a bigger 12.3-inch touchscreen system, a custominsable 10.25-inch digital driver’s display with navigation support, dual-zone climate control, multi-colour ambient lighting, imporved connected car tech, up to seven airbags, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning and blind spot monitoring. 
  • Besides, features like panoramic sunroof, JBL sound system, wireless apple carplay and android auto, ventilated front seats (2nd row as well in Safari 6-seater), wireless charger, powered driver’s seat, ESC, hill hold & descent assist, have been carried forward from the outgoin model.

Same Engine, Improved Mileage

  • The 2023 Tata Harrier and Safari retain the same 2-litre turbo-diesel engine (170PS/350Nm), with 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission options.
  • Their fuel efficiency figures have been improved by 0.45 kmpl.
  • Expect Tata to introduce a new 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine for these SUVs in the near future.
