Bajaj Pulsar NS200 To Get USD Fork and Dual Channel ABS

Bajaj Auto has teased a mysterious motorcycle on its social media handles, showing the Upside Down (USD) front forks and dual-channel Antilock Braking System (ABS). While it’s not official, the Pulsar NS200 is likely to be loaded with these features.

For those who aren’t aware, Bajaj already sells the Pulsar NS200 with a USD fork in Brazil, where it is sold as the Dominar 200. And similar to its global counterpart, the Indian-spec NS200 could also receive a 33mm USD fork setup, which will offer better stability than conventional telescopic forks and provide more confidence while cornering. The bikemaker could also introduce new colourways for the streetfighter to freshen up its appearance.

Bajaj is also expected to equip the smaller Pulsar NS160 with these features.

Aside from these changes, the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is expected to remain unchanged. The bike will continue to feature the same 199.5cc liquid-cooled, triple spark, single-cylinder engine that makes 24.5PS of maximum power and 18.74Nm of peak torque. However, it would be updated to the upcoming emission norms.

2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200

Currently, Bajaj retails the NS200 for Rs 1,40,666 (ex-showroom Delhi). Expect the updated NS200 to command a premium of around Rs 8,000 over its existing model. Once launched, it will become a more prominent offering against the likes of the TVS Apache 200 and Honda Hornet 2.0.
