- The Citroen eC3’s starting price is Rs 2.81 lakh higher than that of the Tata Tiago EV. Having said that, the Tata EV is still India’s most affordable electric 4-wheeler.
- The price difference between the Citroen eC3 Live and the entry-level 24kWh variant of the Tata Tiago EV is up to Rs 1.31 lakh (ex-showroom). For this added premium, you get a more appealing SUV-like styling and a bigger battery pack that offers a better range.
- Tata Motors is the only carmaker in this category to offer two battery pack options: 19.2kWh and 24kWh. Here’s how does the EV fare against Citroen’s model: –
Citroen eC3 | Tata Tiago EV | |
Battery pack | 29.2kWh | 19.2kWh/24kWh |
Claimed range | 320km (ARAI-certified) | 250km/315km (MIDC-certified) |
Max Power | 57PS | 61PS/75PS |
Peak Torque | 143Nm | 110Nm/114Nm |

Top Speed | 107 kmph | 120 kmph |
