A few days ago, Honda unveiled an exciting lineup of seven new and three updated models for the Indian market, all set to launch within the current financial year. Although the Japanese automaker didn’t share the specific launch date, a Reddit post circulating online offers insights into when these products might arrive and what they could cost.
- According to the Reddit post, the Honda ADV160 maxi-styled scooter, along with the Rebel 300, XR 300 L and XR 300 Rally, are likely to be launched in the third quarter of FY 2026–27 (between October and December 2026).
- The post also suggests that the ADV160 is expected to be priced at around Rs 1.7 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Rebel 300 could cost approximately Rs 2 lakh.
- For adventure enthusiasts, the Honda XR 300L and XR 300 Rally are expected to be priced at around Rs 1.8 lakh (ex-showroom).
- Speaking of the Rebel 500, it is likely to be launched in the fourth quarter of FY2026-27 (between January and March 2027), with prices likely to be 25 per cent less than the earlier CBU model, which was priced at Rs 5.5 lakh (ex-showroom).

Here’s a quick review of these upcoming bikes and scooters: –
- Honda ADV10: The all-new Honda ADV160 is an adventure-styled maxi scooter, powered by a 157cc, water-cooled engine. It will take on the likes of the Yamaha Aerox 155 (Rs 1.44 lakh).
- Rebel 500: It is a mid-size cruiser, powered by a 471 cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine and will also be offered in Standard and E-Clutch variants.
- Rebel 300: Honda will also be offering the Rebel motorcycle with a smaller 286cc, liquid-cooled engine (30PS and 27.5Nm), which is expected to be priced more competitively due to its smaller displacement engine.
- XR 300L: It has been developed for riders who want to tackle off-road conditions while retaining everyday usability. Powered by a 293.5 cc air-cooled engine with an oil cooler, the XR 300L focuses on lightness, easy handling, and confidence across both on-road and off-road use. With long-travel suspension, it is aimed at adventure seekers who want a motorcycle for weekend trail riding, nearby off-road locations, and weekday city use.
- XR 300 Rally: Builds on the rally platform, the new XR 300 Rally has a stronger focus on long-distance trail touring and mixed-terrain travel. Inspired by Honda’s rally heritage, the XR 300 Rally is positioned as a Versatile Terrain Conqueror, designed for riders who want to explore new destinations across challenging on-road and off-road conditions. It combines rally-inspired styling, comfort-oriented equipment, and performance suited for weekend touring and trail exploration.
Alongside the above-mentioned models, Honda will also introduce the QC3 electric scooter, CB500 cruiser, and updated versions of the CB350 model range.
