Honda Expands Portfolio with 7 New Models, 3 Refreshes

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India today unveiled an expanded portfolio of 10 motorcycles and scooters for the Indian market – seven all-new models and three refreshed models with new colour options. The lineup spans cruising, adventure touring, roadsters, lifestyle-oriented riding, electric and flex-fuel mobility, addressing diverse customer needs across multiple segments.

While we have already covered the Honda ADV160, Rebel 300 and QC3 in separate stories, details of other products can be found below: –

1. Honda CB 500

Honda CB 500 enters the portfolio as the Honda Heritage Roadster, combining retro- sporty design with modern technology and reliable everyday usability. Powered by a 501cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine with an oil cooler, the CB 500 is aimed at biking enthusiasts who want a heritage roadster with global appeal, strong road presence, and a torque-rich riding feel. It will be available in three variants: Alloy, Spoke tubeless, and Spoke tubeless with graphics.

2. Honda Rebel 500

Honda Rebel 500 extends the Rebel portfolio into a more mid-fun cruiser segment. Designed for customers seeking an elevated lifestyle motorcycle, the Rebel 500 combines distinctive bobber-inspired design with stronger mid-size cruiser capability for city rides and weekend touring. It is powered by a 471 cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine and will also be offered in Standard and E-Clutch variants.

3. Honda XR 300L – Dual-Purpose Adventure Motorcycle

Honda XR 300L has been developed for riders who want to tackle off-road conditions while retaining everyday usability. Powered by a 293.5 cc air-cooled engine with an oil cooler, the XR 300L focuses on lightness, easy handling, and confidence across both on-road and off-road use. With long-travel suspension, it is aimed at adventure seekers who want a motorcycle for weekend trail riding, nearby off-road locations, and weekday city use.
