In light of the ongoing festive season, TVS Motor Company has updated its highly popular Apache RTR 160 4V with a host of new features including segment-first riding modes and adjustable levers, thus making it an excellent value for money proposition. The standard drum brake trim is priced at Rs 1,15,265, whereas its standard disc and the top-end trim will set you back by Rs 1,17,350 and Rs 1,20,050, respectively. Apart from this, the bikemaker has also launched a Special Edition of the Apache RTR 160 4V that costs Rs 1,21,372.
2021 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V – What's New?
All the variants of the 2022 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V now comes with a new LED headlamp with daytime running lamps (DRLs), radial rear tire, gear shift indicator, and three-riding modes – Urban, Sport, and Rain. Its top-end variant also features TVS’ SmartXonnect console. It is available in three colors: Racing Red, Metallic Blue, and Knight Black. On the other hand, its Special Edition comes finished in an exclusive Matte Black color scheme with red alloy wheels and a new seat pattern. It also gets the segment's first adjustable clutch and brake levers.
No other changes have been made to the bike. It continues to be propelled by the ongoing 159.7cc single-cylinder fuel-injected (FI) oil-cooled engine that is tuned to deliver a maximum power of 17.63PS at 9250rpm and 14.73Nm of peak torque at 7250rpm.
