Triumph Scrambler 400X Gets New Colour Option

Triumph Motorcycles has launched a new Pearl Metallic White colour option for the Scrambler 400X. With this, the motorcycle is now available in a total of four body shades, including Carnival Red/Phantom Black, Phantom Black/Silver Ice, and Matt Khaki Green/Fusion White.

The new Pearl Metallic White shade looks stunning on the Scrambler 400X, especially with the black strip running down the fuel tank, adding a sharp contrast to its design. The brown seat and blacked-out exhaust further complement it well, enhancing the overall rugged appearance.

Mechanically, the bike remains unchanged. It continues to draw its power from a 398cc, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine that produces 40PS of max power at 8,000 rpm and 37.5Nm of peak twist at 6500 rpm. It comes mated to a 6-speed transmission and claims a fuel efficiency of 28.3 kmpl.

For those unaware, the Triumph Scrambler 400X is essentially an off-road capable version of the Speed 400 that contains several styling tweaks, distinct ergonomics, and mechanical enhancements, including larger wheels, more suspension travel and additional accessories tailored to its adventure spirit. Currently, the Scrambler 400X retails at Rs 2,64,496 (ex-showroom). In the scram segment, the Triumph Scrambler 400X locks horns with the Yezdi Scrambler, Royal Enfield Scram 411, and the upcoming new-gen Husqvarna Svartpilen 401.
