If you’re in the market for an automatic vehicle with paddle shifter technology but have a slightly lighter wallet then look no further, as this article will help you with the top 10 most affordable cars with paddle shifters!
Note: All vehicle variants mentioned along with the price will be in their automatic avatars only!
1) Honda Amaze
Variant | Price (Ex-Showroom New-Delhi) |
VX CVT Petrol | Rs 9.29 lakh |
VX CVT Diesel | Rs 11.39 lakh |
The Honda Amaze is a stellar compact sedan and a great choice for both first-time and longstanding car users. The smooth CVT gearbox makes light work of the city traffic, and overall eases your entire driving experience, making the Amaze one of the easiest vehicles to drive.
The 1.2L petrol engine of the Honda Amaze is supremely refined and offers great mileage, but with linear power delivery, it lacks that much-needed oomph. For those looking for additional power, the 1.5L diesel engine is a fantastic alternative but quite pricey in comparison.
2) Honda Jazz
Variant | Price (Ex-Showroom New-Delhi) |
V CVT Petrol | Rs 9.06 lakh |
VX CVT Petrol | Rs 9.59 lakh |
ZX CVT Petrol | Rs 10.21 lakh |
The Honda Jazz is the premium hatchback of the automaker and quite a sleeper of the segment. Offered with a 1.2L petrol engine paired with that infamously smooth Honda CVT, the Jazz is one of the best city-worthy cars. Coming with a host of premium features including our beloved sunroof, it is one of the most feature-packed offerings in its segment. However, it is slightly expensive in comparison to its rivals and so it fails to prop up significant sales.

Powered with a sole 1.5L K15C Petrol engine, the Ertiga also gets mild-hybrid technology which gives it the highest fuel efficiency in the segment.
The MPV also comes equipped with a factory-fitted CNG kit, but that is only available with manual transmission.
4) Hyundai i20 N-Line
Variant | Price (Ex-Showroom New-Delhi) |
N8 DCT | Rs 11.87 lakh |

The Hyundai i20 N-Line is the first of that vision, with changes to suspension, steering, exhaust sounds, and visual overhauls like redesigned bumpers with red highlights outside, red inserts in the interior, aluminum pedals, and paddle shifters all of which significantly up the sporty appeal both in looks and in actual driving dynamics.
The 1.0L turbo petrol engine offers both compelling performance and great fuel efficiency as well. Although at a significant premium, it is the perfect blend of speed and sophisticated technology, flawlessly filling a power vacuum that the Volkswagen Polo left by its departure.

Following the success of the Kushaq, Skoda launched the Slavia in the Indian market, that only upping the trust in Skoda’s name but all the while reviving the sedan culture in the country. The 1.0L TSI and 1.5L TSI engines absolutely decimate in terms of performance and with premium features like a 10-inch touchscreen, connected car technology, sunroof, and ventilated seats, the Slavia is both fast and well equipped, making you feel your money’s worth.
