As mentioned above, the new XM variant of the greener Tata Tigor is half a lakh rupees cheaper than the XZ trim. For this price gap, it majorly misses out on features like steering-mounted audio & telephony controls, push-button start/stop, power-adjustable side mirrors, cooled glovebox, one touch-down function for driver’s window, follow-me-function for headlamps, front fog lamps, and tweeters. However, features like all-four power windows, 2-DIN infotainment with 4-speaker Harman sound system, manual AC, day/night IRVM, central locking, dual front airbags, corner stability control, and rear parking sensors have been carried forward.

Powering the Tata Tigor is a 1.2-liter petrol engine that makes 86PS and 113Nm. However, the engine’s output stands at 73.4PS and 95Nm in CNG mode. Tata offers the Tigor with a 5-speed manual transmission as standard and an optional 5-speed AMT for select petrol variants only.
