Tata Nexon EV Max To Get Dark Edition; Teaser Out

Tata Motors has released a new teaser of its upcoming Dark Edition model. This time, the Nexon EV Max will receive this stealthier #Dark treatment. It is expected to be launched in the coming days.

Here’s a sneak peek of what to expect from this upcoming model: –

  • Similar to all the other Tata Dark Edition models, the Nexon EV Max Dark will also be painted in a gloss black shade.
  • The SUV will also sport ‘#Dark’ badges on the front fender and 16-inch alloy wheels in a darker shade.
  • Blue accents are expected to remain on the EV, denoting its electric character.
Tata Harrier, safari new infotainment system
  • The interior will also feature a black finish for the dashboard, leatherette upholstery, and steering wheel. However, the most significant update will be the inclusion of a new 10.25-inch touchscreen system, which was recently introduced on the updated Harrier and Safari.
  • The new touchscreen unit boasts a more immersive user interface (UI) and enhanced graphics.
  • Besides all the above-mentioned changes, the electrified SUV is expected to remain unchanged.
  • It will continue with features like a semi-digital instrument cluster, auto climate control, ventilated front seats, rear AC vents, wireless phone charging, cruise control, multi-regen braking, electronic parking brake, all disc brakes, and dual front airbags.
  • It will continue to be powered by a 40.5kWh battery pack, capable of providing a driving range of up to 453km (according to MIDC) on a single charge.
  • We expect the Dark Edition of the Nexon EV Max will command a premium of around Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 over the regular model.
