Skoda Octavia RS Sold Out In Just 20 Mins

Skoda India is set to bring back the Octavia in India in RS guise on October 17. Limited to just 100 units, its nationwide pre-launch bookings commenced on October 6, and the performance-oriented sedan has already been sold out. The company claims that all allocated units were booked within just 20 minutes of the pre-bookings opening.

For those unaware, the Skoda Octavia RS will be brought via the CBU (completely built-up) route in a single, fully-loaded variant.

The 2-litre turbocharged petrol engine of the Skoda Octavia RS offers both everyday practicality and spirited performance. It offers 265PS of max power and 370Nm of peak torque, which enables it to complete the century sprint in just 6.4 seconds before hitting an electronically limited top speed of 250 kmph.
