Skoda Kushaq Style AT And DSG Trims To Get 6 Airbags; Bookings Crossed 10,000 Mark

Skoda's latest entrant to the Indian market, the Kushaq SUV has received over 10,000 bookings since its launch on June 28, 2021. With this, the brand has announced to offer a total of six airbags and tire pressure monitoring system in the top-spec Style automatic and DSG variants in the coming weeks. As of now, only the manual version of the Kushaq's Style trim gets these features. 

Skoda Kushaq 1.5 Style DSG

With the introduction of these added safety features, we expect its prices to go up by a significant margin. Currently, the 1.0-Style automatic trim costs Rs 15.80 lakh, while its 1.5-liter DSG version will set you back by Rs 17.60 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom).

Talking about the other features of Kushaq's Style variant, it gets 17-inch alloy wheels, LED illumination system, 10-inch touchscreen infotainment with Skoda Play apps, wireless Apple Carplay & Android Auto, connected car technology, high-performance 6-speakers premium sound system with subwoofer, leather upholstery, auto headlamps with coming/leaving the home function, rain-sensing wipers, keyless entry with engine start/stop button, ventilated front seats, electric sunroof, wireless mobile charging pad, and much more. Click here for Skoda Kushaq's variant-wise features details.

In the other news, Skoda has recently announced to open 30 new compact workshops across all its sales branches in non-metro cities by the end of this year. This is in line with the brand's expansion plan to have 225 sales and service centers across the country by 2022. Besides, the Czech automaker has also introduced its ‘Peace of Mind’ campaign to enhance the ownership experience.
